Booking Requests

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee an appointment. Every project is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with my style and availability. Appointments are confirmed only after your project has been approved and the required deposit has been received.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the estimated price and scope of your project and will be communicated to you when your booking is confirmed.

Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo and reserves the time dedicated exclusively to your project, including consultation, design preparation, and appointment scheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment up to two (2) times. After a second reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.

If Blue Rain Tattoo needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to either:

• ·Transfer your deposit to a new appointment date, or
• ·Receive a full refund of your deposit if you prefer not to reschedule.

Design Process

Every tattoo is custom designed specifically for you based on the information, references, and ideas you provide during the booking process.

Final designs are not sent prior to the appointment. Your artwork will be completed before your session and presented to you at the beginning of your appointment. We will have time to review the design together and make any reasonable adjustments before tattooing begins to ensure you feel completely confident moving forward.

Pricing

Price estimates are based on the information provided during the inquiry process and are intended as a guideline.

The final price may vary if the size, placement, level of detail, or overall concept changes. The final cost will always be confirmed before the tattoo begins.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at their appointment.

By booking, you confirm that all medical information provided is accurate and complete.

Blue Rain Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service if tattooing is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Health & Safety

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have consumed alcohol or recreational drugs before your session.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition that could affect the tattooing or healing process, please discuss this before booking.

Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.

Following these instructions is essential for proper healing. Blue Rain Tattoo cannot be held responsible for complications or poor healing resulting from failure to follow the recommended aftercare.

Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up is included within 12 months of your appointment if needed.

Touch-ups are offered at the artist's discretion and do not cover changes in design, natural fading over time, damage caused by sun exposure, trauma, picking, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Photography

Photographs of completed tattoos may be taken for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you would prefer your tattoo not to be photographed or shared, please let me know before your appointment, and I will be happy to respect your privacy.

Limitation of Liability

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, and variations in healing.

Blue Rain Tattoo is not responsible for outcomes affected by pre-existing skin conditions, undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
