We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing across other websites. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

  • Communicate regarding appointments and bookings
  • Let you know when we book dates in a city you asked about
  • Maintain our client records

  • Supabase · the database where inquiries are stored
  • Resend · delivery of the emails generated by the inquiry form
  • Google Workspace · our email inbox
  • Payment providers, when applicable

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your inquiry is emailed to us and also stored in our database so that we can find it again, answer it, and see which cities people are asking about. Reference images are the exception: they travel as email attachments only.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

If the city you asked about had no open dates, or its dates were full, your name and email stay on that city's list so that we can write to you when new dates are booked there. That list is not shared with anyone and is only used for that. You can ask to be taken off it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to the address below.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
